Co-Created an internal Human Resources recruiting department. Outlined core

requirements, created a core team, created an internal marketing campaign to create

awareness of current employees as well as create an employee referral plan. Cost savings

for this initiative was approximately $ one million dollars.

 

Lead a team to create and implement paperless onboarding protocols to effectively

streamline new hire day one documents. Reduction of man hours needed to process by

25% and overall estimated cost savings for the organization of $300K.

Created a last-minute professional level candidate pool with less than 48-hour notice of

hiring manager need. Successfully presented top 5 candidates for immediate consideration.

 

Created an internal temporary work force utilizing the displaced staff members from

various areas of the firm. 20% of the affected employees were placed/retained in other
