for this initiative was approximately $ one million dollars.
Lead a team to create and implement paperless onboarding protocols to effectively
streamline new hire day one documents. Reduction of man hours needed to process by
25% and overall estimated cost savings for the organization of $300K.

Created an internal temporary work force utilizing the displaced staff members from
various areas of the firm. 20% of the affected employees were placed/retained in other
