Bea is a versatile, accomplished talent acquisition professional with over 20 years experience working across several industries which includes Retail and Fashion, Executive & Leadership, Finance and Accounting, Health Care, Technical, Bio- Pharmaceutical, Sales, Customer Service, Restaurant, Engineering and Administrative. Her approach can be described as hands-on and decisive, yet flexible. She welcomes new challenges and is undaunted by obstacles. Bea has proven experience in managing a blended recruitment process to actively generate a strong pool of potential candidates for open vacancies across regions. In addition to being skilled at identifying talent as a certified resume writer and career coach Bea has built a strong network of talent that she’s helped develop through out their career.

Born in Brooklyn NY and moving to the south as a young adult she’s a perfect blend of assertive charisma and southern charm. She’s a proactive, resourceful, and innovative thinker with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
